About the app
HelperHive is a mobile marketplace for the Philippines that connects employers with household helpers — cleaning, cooking, childcare, elderly care, pet care and similar services.
HelperHive is not an employer, employment agency, or party to any agreement between users. We do not vet or background-check users. All work arrangements are agreed directly between the employer and the helper.
Privacy by design
We deliberately collect as little as possible:
- Name, email and photo from your Google or Facebook sign-in
- Your city only — never GPS coordinates, street address, barangay, ZIP code, phone number or government IDs
- The content you create in the app: messages, reviews and reports
